Existing residents can search through documents relating to the building and their apartment; insurance and policy documents, meeting minutes and useful contacts - for the odd occasion the car park gate breaks or they discover a leak.

Managing committees and managing agents can communicate quickly with residents and landlords, share events, documents and best of all it is all done online with no more need for postage.
